Dr. Leonzo D. Lynch has been the pastor of Ebenezer Baptist Church in Charlotte , NC since 1997. Dr. Lynch is a fifth generation preacher in his family with over 25 years of experience in ministry. Born in Greensboro, NC raised in Durham, NC , Dr. Lynch received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro a Master of Divinity Degree from Duke University Divinity School and a Doctor of Ministry Degree from the United Theological Seminary.
A noted revivalist, speaker and lecturer, Dr. Lynch is currently the 2nd Vice President of the General Baptist State Convention of NC, Inc., past president of the GBSC Minister's Council, former 3rd Vice Moderator and Institute Dean of the Mecklenburg General Baptist Association and instructor in the National Baptist Convention, USA, Inc., Congress of Christian Education.

Dr. Eddie is a native of Cleveland County, NC. He is a 1995 recipient of a Doctor of Religious Education Degree from Emmanuel Baptist University; a 1994 graduate of Emmanuel Baptist University with a Doctor of Ministry Degree; a 1985 graduate of Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity with Religious Education Degree: and a 1980 graduate of Gardner-Webb University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a Major in Religion. Dr. Grigg is the President and Co-Founder of New Life Theological Seminary located in Charlotte, NC. Dr. Grigg has received numerous awards and recognitions to include Who's Who in America , America 's Registry of Outstanding Professionals, Marquis Who's Who in America, Certification of Appreciation from Gardner-Webb College and chosen as an outstanding Southern Baptist Leader.
In May of 1977, God blessed him to unite in Holy Matrimony to the former Susan Wanda Ray of Shelby, NC. They are the proud parents of three sons, Mark, Jamie and Steven.

Felicia Hicks Gaston grew up in Raleigh, NC , but has lived in Charlotte since 1993. She has served the Ebenezer Baptist Church since 1999, presently in the capacity of Administrative Assistant to the Pastor. Her work background includes 10+ years of human resources experience as well as 10+ years of work in church administration. Felicia is married to Atty. Tracy L. Gaston and they reside here in Charlotte. She radically loves the Lord and worships Him through her ministry gifts of singing and writing. She further enjoys going to movies and spending time with family and friends.

Keith Hill is an educator for Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools with over 20 years of experience. He was selected as Dilworth Elementary 2004-2005 Teacher of the Year and many other awards for dedication and appreciation. Keith has worked several years as a Validator for the Benchmarking session of the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards and Certification Process held in Dallas, Texas. In 2002 Keith received his National Board for Professional Teaching Standards Certification.
Keith is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a degree in Music Education. After college Keith spent several years playing and singing with various bands. Keith later served in the capacity of Minister of Music for several local churches with his longest tenure prior to Ebenezer being with New Hampton Presbyterian Church of Charlotte, NC for 9 years.

John W. Spann was born and reared in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. He attend local public schools and at the age of 10 confessed knowing Christ and accepted Him as Savior and Lord. After graduation from high school, John was blessed to receive a full basketball scholarship enabling him to attend the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. He graduated in 1995 receiving the Bachelor of Science in Accounting and was further blessed to receive the Master of Science in Accounting in 1996 from the same institution of higher learning.
Rev. Spann accepted his call to ministry after starting work with the Ernest and Young Accounting Firm in Raleigh, NC . He completed his Master of Divinity degree from Duke University Divinity School in May of 2000 and for the last 3 years served as an accountant for Ebenezer Baptist Church. Reverend Spann recently completed the examination to become a Certified Public Accountant.

Jason Lutz grew up in Lincolnton, NC later moving to Charlotte, NC. Jason is a 1992 graduate of Western Nebraska Community College in Scottsbluff, NE earning Associate of Arts degrees in Psychology and Business. Jason furthered his education at St. Andrews Presbyterian College in Laurinburg, NC where he was an outstanding basketball player earning Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology, Business and Allied Health.
Jason has been with Ebenezer since 2003 working part time with the media ministry later moving to full time in August 2005. Jason has a deep love and passion for music and has been involved in the recording industry since 1999. Jason has worked in various studios and with notable recording artist throughout the recording process. Currently he is co-founder of an up and coming recording label and artist management/consulting company. Jason is truly blessed that God has entrusted him with nurturing of two of his angels, his daughter Jaylyn and his son Alexander.
Minister Rodney Jackson, Youth Minister

Rodney Jackson was born in Brooklyn, NY and moved to Charlotte, NC at the age of 12 to live with his grandparents. He graduated from West Charlotte High School in 1986 and from Winston Salem State University in 1991 where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting.
In 1998 Minister Jackson accepted the call to preach the Gospel and was licensed by University Park Baptist Church in 1999, under the direction of Rev. Claude R. Alexander, Jr. In 2000 he joined the Ebenezer Baptist Church family where he served as Associate Minister, Men's Bible Study Discussion Leader and Organizer of Men's Bible Study. In 2006, Minister Jackson was added to the staff of Ebenezer as Youth Minister.
Minister Jackson is married to Renee Peeler Jackson and they have two daughters, Mackenzie Elizabeth and Madison Hannah Jackson.

Abbie Butler is a native of Charlotte, NC and life-long member of Ebenezer. Abbie earned
her undergraduate degree from Barber Scotia College in Concord, NC. She is currently
enrolled at Pfeiffer University in their MCE Program.
Background includes 12+ years with a non-profit agency in the capacity of Assit. Executive Director/Operations and Operating Officer and Employee Relations Director.
Ordained as a Deacon in March 2002, Abbie has worked with the New Members and Women's Ministries.
Abbie loves God and His people and has a passion for the women of the Kingdom. " I truly believe that God fearfully and wonderfully created each of us for His purpose, In His great creation He has a plan for lives of peace, not of evil and to give us an expected and if we seek pray and hearken unto him."
